NOTES

Intense low past few days. Uncontrolled tears for no reason throughout the day / night. Dark thoughts. High fatigue. Heavy heart.
Past 2 Hyperbaric Chamber sessions created pain in left ear / head the following day. Left ear also feels plugged and the level of dizziness increases. Head pain high. Most severe around the bottom forehead, eyes and base of skull. Symptoms last several days. This has not been an issue in the past. Not sure what’s going on.
Start Fast 5pm. Target 37hr.
